Experts find misleading information on air fryers that fools millions
Briefly

Experts from Which? warn that the advertised capacity of air fryers in litres can be misleading, as internal space often isn't fully usable.
'Which?'s lab tests have shown that the true capacity of air fryers usually falls between 60% and 80% of what brands claim.
The smallest air fryers tested by Which? can hold up to 400g of food, equivalent to two portions of chips or two baking trays.
For larger families, dual air fryers and models like the Tefal Actifry can accommodate significantly more, between 0.6kg and 1.7kg of food.
