Finsbury Properties Investments Ltd proposes to transform empty offices into 16 homes on Barking Road, aiming to offer various housing options by early 2026.
The redevelopment of the site includes plans for 27 cycle spaces and two disabled parking spaces, enhancing community facilities alongside new housing.
If approved, the project will create five different types of housing: studio apartments, one-bed and two-bed flats, along with a three-bedroom flat.
The completion of the housing project is projected for March 2026, with construction expected to start in August 2025, subject to council approval.
