An internal SAP employee survey shows declining confidence in leadership amid a restructuring program that now may affect up to 10,000 roles. Trust in the executive board fell to 59 percent, a six-point drop since April. Staff confidence in the company's strategy slipped to 70 percent from 77 percent. SAP HR acknowledged a substantial transformation can create pressure and frustration and noted some steps have not landed well.
