On November 13, at around 3:30 p.m., a sight and hearing impaired woman walked on Stockton Avenue when a man approached her and slapped her buttock before fleeing.
The victim described the suspect as a tall male with a thin to medium build, wearing a gray or white top, dark bottoms, and white shoes.
El Cerrito police released video surveillance footage of a man matching the suspect's description and are asking the public to assist in identifying him.
Police encourage local residents to check their own video surveillance recordings to help capture images of the suspect or related subjects.
