An East Flatbush woman has been waiting three months to receive her official NYC trash bins. She worries about potential fines starting January 2.
Debra stated, 'Because they said starting Jan. 2, if you don't have your bins, you will be fined. I keep calling, but here we are January 2025 and still no bins.'
The acting DSNY commissioner reassured that his office has a list of those who ordered bins, preventing them from receiving summons.
