A family of Philadelphia Eagles fans in South Jersey constructed a giant snowman, named Snoquan, as a good luck charm for the team's Super Bowl run. Built on January 12, Snoquan was regularly maintained with snow and adorned in Eagles gear. Neighbors helped care for him when the family was away, even adding an Eagles hat from the 2018 Super Bowl parade. Snoquan persisted through the playoffs and will proudly remain on the family's lawn as a symbol of their support and good luck for the team.
Jersey local Gary and his family originally didn't expect Snoquan - who they decked out in Eagles gear - to make it through the week, but he remained on their front lawn as cold temperatures persisted.
We collected snow and put it in coolers and pack some snow on him every day, and every day we open it up and say, 'Snoquan how ya doing?' said another Eagles fan.
