"Gardaí have appealed for witnesses after one of the drivers fled, leaving his vehicle behind at the scene of the incident. A Garda spokesperson confirmed that the crash occurred on the N24 near Grange West, Boher, Co Limerick on Friday night at approximately 11.10pm. The sole occupant of a car, a female driver, was pronounced dead at the scene. Her body has since been taken to the mortuary at University Hospital Limerick with a post-mortem set to follow."

The third driver fled the scene, with gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the collision to come forward.
