"There's not enough white men. Mathematically, there's not enough college-educated, successful white men to drive GDP for 30 years," said John Hope Bryant.
"DEI became weaponized. It became political, it became emotional... I like math and inclusive economics, which is my approach. It's just neutral," Bryant emphasized.
"That 70% is going to look different," Bryant stated, referencing the changing demographics of US consumers and the importance of their inclusion in the economy.
By 2044, the U.S. is projected to become majority minority, highlighting the necessity of adapting economic strategies to include diverse consumer groups.
