Jeremy Joseph, Heaven's owner, expressed distress over the allegation via Instagram, stating their intention to consider an appeal while also sending support to the alleged victim.
Westminster City Council announced a full licensing hearing would occur in December, allowing police and venue management to present evidence amidst an ongoing investigation.
