Councilman Greg Tanaka expressed that he would have benefited from the reimbursement for a premium Zoom subscription, which he uses for live streaming office hours.
Concerns arose from Councilman Pat Burt about the reimbursement policy serving as a covert method to increase council salaries without voter input.
