Embattled UFC star Conor McGregor is facing a second sexual assault lawsuit, this time in the United States, following a ruling against him in Ireland.
In November, a jury awarded Hand 250,000 euros for being left bruised and suffering from PTSD after McGregor sexually assaulted her during a night out.
The new lawsuit involves an unnamed 49-year-old woman alleging McGregor assaulted her in a Miami bathroom during the NBA Finals, with evidence captured on video.
James Dunn, representing the Miami case plaintiff, stated that while criminal charges weren't pursued, civil suits have a lower burden of proof than criminal cases.
