Coast Guard helicopters deployed in major search operation for missing teenager in Wexford Harbour

The Coast Guard Rescue 117 helicopter performed extensive searches over Wexford town and the Slaney Estuary from early morning in an ongoing rescue operation.
After a couple of hours of searching, the Wexford RNLI inshore lifeboat was temporarily stood down to allow for local conditions to improve.
The Rescue 116 helicopter resumed operations around 7.30 am, conducting a thorough grid search of the harbour and surrounding areas for the missing teen.
Emergency responders, including gardaí, are actively participating in the search and rescue efforts along the shoreline and surrounding waters.
