"La Palma has been left in complete disarray," Lenzini wrote. "Shamrock now faces tens of thousands of dollars in cleanup costs, damage repairs, and what appears to me to be hazardous waste removal."
Lenzini described how on the morning of Sept. 27, the day Fisker was to turn over the keys, he witnessed chaos as people hurriedly evacuated the office, leaving debris everywhere.
The confusion surrounding Fisker's exit was exacerbated by the uncertainty of who was removing items from the office, as some appeared to belong to a local auction house rather than Fisker.
Despite assurances that the building would be thoroughly cleaned out, photographs taken by Lenzini showed tool cases, cardboard boxes, and other debris strewn across the premises.
