Braintree police detain bank robbery suspect who was reportedly naked
Briefly

One person is in custody after Braintree police responded to an alleged armed bank robbery Friday morning. Authorities continue to investigate the incident and have assured the public that there is no ongoing threat.
The person who was detained appeared to be naked at the time, according to helicopter images from WCVB. The news outlet reported the person was lying nude in the road, covered with a yellow sheet.
The department shared surveillance photos that appear to show someone wearing a gray hoodie with the hood tightly drawn, flashing a gun, and shoving cash into a bag.
"We would like to thank the neighborhood and witnesses not only for their understanding but their diligence in helping the police in the investigation," Braintree police said.
