"Mr Derdour appeared by video-link from HMP Wormwood Scrubs in a grey prison jumper and spoke only to confirm his name and date of birth. He is also charged with possession of a knife in public. Mr Winion, 20, of Handyside Street, Camden, has also been charged with possession of an offensive weapon on 15 December and faces trial on 3 August."
"Judge Benedict Kelleher said: "Derdour is 22 years old and is charged with murder, alleged to have occurred on the ninth of December by stabbing - a single blow to the chest causing death. "He has been identified with another man both going to the scene and leaving the scene of the incident, the incident itself not having been captured on CCTV.""
Adam Henry, a 15-year-old boy, was found injured on Westbourne Road, Islington, on 9 December at about 13:00 GMT and later died in hospital from a single stab wound to the chest. Abdel Derdour, 22, was charged with murder and possession of a knife in public and was identified with another man arriving at and leaving the Westbourne Estate where the attack allegedly occurred. Tsidi Winion, 20, is also charged with murder and with possession of an offensive weapon on 15 December and faces trial on 3 August. Derdour was remanded in custody and will next appear at the Old Bailey on 28 January.
