Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's 'It Ends With Us' trial date revealed
Briefly

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni are scheduled for a court trial on March 9, 2026, stemming from a legal dispute over their film 'It Ends With Us.' Lively has filed a $250 million lawsuit alleging sexual harassment and a smear campaign against Baldoni. In turn, Baldoni countersued for $400 million, claiming defamation and extortion. Both lawsuits will be consolidated by Judge Lewis J. Liman, who has scheduled a pre-trial hearing for February 3, 2025, to address various requests including a gag order on Baldoni's lawyer regarding media statements.
Lively's lawsuit is against Baldoni, his production company Wayfarer Studios, producer James Heath, publicist Jennifer Abel, crisis publicist Melissa Nathan, and more.
Freedman announced plans to launch a website to further prove Baldoni's defense in the case.
Both teams are expected to address Lively's request that a gag order be placed on Baldoni's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, at the hearing.
Judge Liman confirmed that a pre-trial hearing will take place on Feb. 3, 2025.
