The Berkeley police are actively searching for missing 15-year-old Brayan Ceja Carranza, who was last seen wearing a white shirt, black pants, and gray military-style boots.
Last observed at the underpass on Ashby Avenue around 3:12 p.m., Brayan has a history of using BART, prompting police to widen their search.
