The second season came to an end this week, closing the curtain finally on a clumsy, knotted run that rarely, if ever, matched the charm and brilliance of its ingenious predecessor.
Its biggest mistake, without question, was (spoilers ahead!) killing off Grace, the heart and soul of chapter one, who fought so hard to free herself of her wicked late husband, JP.
Grace's untimely death - she was killed in a road accident while fleeing from her new husband, Ian - seemed a little forced, a cynical move that cheated the character and the audience out of a happy ending.
The first season of Bad Sisters wrapped things up perfectly. The Garveys got away with murder, JP got what he deserved.
