The Army has not leveraged those folks in any kind of way. We need to look at how we can tap into those influencers and get their ideas and messages out there about service while also managing risks.
When all that's out there is the negative, you know, people start to believe that is the status quo, and that is the standard within an organization. But it's not the case.
It's sorta the wild west. What I don't want to do is [for] it to become an Army reg that tightens things so much that it sucks the life out of their posts.
