A Faster, Safer Way to Trade Options Across Blockchains | HackerNoon
Briefly

Options are crucial to blockchain financial markets, improving liquidity and risk management in decentralized finance (DeFi), but current mechanisms face challenges like limited asset support and high trading delays.
This paper introduces a novel protocol for efficient, collateral-free option trading across different blockchains, utilizing Double-Authentication-Preventing Signatures (DAPS) to reduce trading latency significantly.
Our evaluation reveals that the proposed option trading scheme can lower transfer latency to less than half compared to traditional methods, enhancing overall trading efficiency.
Rigorous security analysis shows that the protocol ensures secure option trading, safeguarding against adversarial threats, thus promoting confidence in decentralized finance applications.
