Jack Dobbins, a 19-year-old from New Hampshire, was arrested following a high-speed chase where he allegedly reached speeds of 104 mph and crashed into police vehicles.
State Police reported that during the pursuit, Dobbins showcased a blatant disregard for safety, recklessly driving toward officers and striking police cruisers multiple times.
Despite attempts to evade capture for 45 minutes, including dangerous maneuvers and attempts to hide, Dobbins was eventually surrounded and taken into custody without further incident.
