Undoing the Distracted Life
Briefly

Distractions in various forms, such as alcohol, THC, and social media, seduce individuals into a false sense of fulfillment, driving them further away from their true desires. Most people experience a gradual drift into unawareness, resulting in a loss of identity and purpose. These distractions not only occupy time but also prevent individuals from questioning their life choices and goals. Without awareness, many find themselves floating in a sea of trivial pursuits, feeling lost and disconnected from their authentic selves.
Distractions disguise themselves, taking us further away from shore (goals), taking us away from a grounded foundation in which to build something of value in our lives.
We wake up to find ourselves lost in a sea of useless doing. Distractions take us away from a life of meaning, purpose, and value.
