Novak Djokovic will continue his coaching partnership with Andy Murray during the upcoming Indian Wells and Miami Open tournaments. Djokovic, who recently exited the Qatar Open, confirmed his desire for the collaboration to continue indefinitely. Murray, a retired player and three-time major winner, has joined Djokovic's team as they aim for Djokovic's record 25th major title, with plans to work together primarily in the U.S. and later at clay-court events. Their working relationship began on a trial basis late last year, and they previously collaborated at the Australian Open.
Djokovic's partnership with Murray was initially a trial, but the Serbian has confirmed the collaboration will continue indefinitely as they prepare for upcoming tournaments.
I'm really glad he did accept. It's indefinite in terms of how long we are going to work together but we agreed to focus on American tournaments.
