The Miami Heat have only made one move thus far prior to the NBA's Trade Deadline on Thursday and in that one, they didn't even bring back a player.Sending Dewayne Dedmon to the San Antonio Spurs to relieve a roster spot, the Heat may find it beneficial to actually acquire a guy before Thursday.Looking at the Miami Heat, they have had a need for depth and more quality, at times, along the ranks of their bigs, including both the power forward and center positions if they can help it.
