The group's most notable project involves bringing back Hereford Grill, which closed in 2021 amid the COVID-19 pandemic after being in business for 25 years. The classic steakhouse, known as a celebrity magnet in its heyday, will return to its original home at 782 NW 42nd Avenue with a refreshed design and menu. While prime cuts remain the focus, the kitchen plans to incorporate Latin American, Caribbean, and Mediterranean influences.
We aren't abandoning tradition here, merely reinventing it," said owner Erasmo Da Silva, who developed the restaurant's direction after visiting several steakhouses in Buenos Aires. This reflects a commitment to modernizing the dining experience while keeping the essence of the steakhouse's legacy.
The group's second project, a 9,000-square-foot Italian food hall to be located at the Plaza at Coral Gables, will feature six distinct dining areas, including a pasta counter, pizzeria, and seafood section, all designed to enhance the local culinary landscape while providing diverse offerings.
