AVIV, the latest venture by Chef Michael Solomonov and Restaurateur Steve Cook, will open on March 14 at 1 Hotel South Beach. This restaurant, named after the Hebrew word for 'spring', combines ancient cooking techniques with contemporary flavors of Miami and Tel Aviv. The menu highlights specialties like Yemenite flatbread and grilled dishes, complemented by unique cocktails and wines from the Eastern Mediterranean.
