"This opening is about bringing Fuku back in a way that feels authentic and fun. Great food, no overthinking it, and a place people actually want to hang out. The new restaurant, a 2,000-square-foot space in the former location of Lien Bruno patisserie on Miracle Mile, will serve the sandwiches that started an obsession."
"The OG Sando features fried chicken with Fuku mayo and pickles, while the sweet and spicy version is glazed in sweet and spicy sauce. There's also a miso ranch and slaw sando with rice vinegar slaw and miso scallion ranch. The sandwiches range in price from $10-$12."
"This opening represents just the beginning of our expansion plans, with more locations and menu innovations on the horizon. Fuku plans to open a second South Florida location in West Palm Beach this summer."
Fuku, a chicken sandwich concept that originated as a secret menu item at Momofuku Noodle Bar in New York City, is expanding to Coral Gables with its first South Florida standalone location. The 2,000-square-foot restaurant will occupy the former Lien Bruno patisserie space on Miracle Mile and serve signature sandwiches including the OG Sando with fried chicken, Fuku mayo and pickles, priced between $10-$12. The menu also features chicken tenders, salads, specialty fries, and desserts from Fookem's Fabulous and Milk Bar. The brand, which has found success in major sports venues nationwide, plans to open a second South Florida location in West Palm Beach this summer as part of broader expansion efforts.
