Hereford Grill, a beloved Miami restaurant, is set to reopen in Spring 2025 under Da Silva Hospitality. Known for over 30 years of culinary excellence, the restaurant will showcase a complete redesign and a refreshed menu that honors its storied past while appealing to new customers. Owner Erasmo Da Silva emphasizes a commitment to sustainability and quality by utilizing premium meats and local ingredients. Hereford Grill has been a cornerstone of Miami's culinary scene for nearly 30 years. Now part of the Da Silva Hospitality family of restaurants, it will return with a gorgeous new look and an elevated menu concept we are confident will please longtime fans and tantalize the uninitiated.
In preparation, the culinary team traveled to Argentina and consulted with Corte Comedor, a Michelin Guide-recognized restaurant of much renown, to help solidify his vision for the new Hereford Grill.
