Exclusive | Casa Cipriani to expand beyond New York and Milan with its first location in Florida
Briefly

Casa Cipriani's expansion into Miami will feature 23 luxury condos starting at $25 million, along with a 40-room boutique hotel and private members' club. Located in a 17-story oceanfront tower at 3611 Collins Ave., the project is a collaboration between 13th Floor Investments, Midtown Equities, and the Cipriani family. Designed by architect Brandon Haw, it reflects Miami Beach's Art Deco heritage while offering the comfort and elegance associated with the Cipriani name. Sales are expected to commence later this year, with construction starting shortly afterward.
"Casa Cipriani is expanding beyond New York and Milan with its first Florida location - and it will include 23 condos, a 40-room boutique hotel and private members' club."
"The building will pay homage to Miami Beach's Art Deco history with a Cipriani sensibility that dates back to Harry's Bar founded by Giuseppe Cipriani in Venice in 1931."
