The MOHI by Appellation, a luxury boutique hotel in downtown Morgan Hill, is set to open in early 2027. It will feature four restaurants and cafes, including Youngstock, HOLT by Charlie Palmer, Nashelle, and Solene. Youngstock will offer international-inspired dim sum and larger plates, while HOLT will be an intimate steakhouse with a seasonal menu. Nashelle will serve seasonal dishes and cocktails in a botanical setting, and Solene will provide light bites by the pool. The hotel is currently under construction at 17490 Monterey Road.
