A woman has filed a lawsuit against star Miami Dolphins player Xavien Howard Thursday, alleging he gave her genital herpes, a lifelong sexually transmitted disease.The lawsuit, filed in Broward County, seeks damages in excess of $30,000 and a jury trial.It alleges Howard negligently transmitted genital herpes and intentionally inflicted emotional distress.
