The Ice Cream Factory, formerly The Frieze, has made its return to Miami Beach with original recipes and former owners Robert and Lisa Warren as partners.
Robert Warren expressed delight in the return of The Ice Cream Factory, stating that he had an excellent relationship with the community and was eager to see the shop thrive again.
