Miami Beach Fire Rescue has taken the lead in the ongoing search for a 19-year-old, Victor Castaneda, who went missing after swimming at South Point Beach.
The U.S. Coast Guard was called to assist in the search for Victor Castaneda shortly after he experienced distress in the ocean.
