Onyxia Delinois, 26, was running ahead of her friends when she was hit by a hit-and-run driver in the early hours of April 6, 2024. Miramar police are asking for any witnesses to the incident in the 18300 block of Miramar Parkway to provide information due to the lack of surveillance cameras in the area.
