A fire at Miami International Airport's parking garage left over 50 cars trapped, but all vehicles have now been freed following two days of cleanup.
The garage will remain partially closed for weeks, affecting approximately 90 out of the airport's total 8,233 parking spaces, according to airport spokesperson Greg Chin.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation, but fortunately, no injuries were reported. The quick response helped prevent further damage.
Despite the incident, airport operations have not been impacted by the garage closure, with officials confirming there are no shortages in available parking spaces.
