Alleged fire starter of Miami apartment blaze has arson charge dropped, records show
Briefly

State prosecutors dropped arson and firearm charges against Juan Francisco Figueroa, with the reason for the decision unclear. He still faces attempted murder charges related to the Miami apartment-complex fire and shooting.
It took 126 people to extinguish the flames after Figueroa allegedly shot a worker and set the Temple Court Apartments ablaze in Miami. The fire displaced 43, including many low-income elderly residents.
City of Miami officials are demolishing what remains of the building as it was deemed on the verge of 'imminent' collapse post the fire.
