A Volkswagen driver going the wrong way in Miami after 11 hours of drinking killed a motorcyclist and injured a passenger, facing charges of DUI and more.
The driver had bloodshot eyes, was incoherent, and was traveling in the wrong direction for several minutes before the fatal crash, as per police reports.
