Thomas Delaney struggled with feelings of worthlessness and suicidal ideations from a young age due to his parents' tumultuous relationship. He became addicted to ketamine and weighed just 38kg at his lowest point. After seven years of abstinence, he now works as a public speaker to raise awareness about substance abuse. Delaney's early life in Ireland and later in London was marked by instability, leading him to seek escape through drugs and various distractions until he chose to confront his issues head-on.
