Achieving Sustainable Mental Peace at Work Using GenAI
"I have ADHD. I might have autism. The topic of sustainable mental peace has been my outside of work but also affects work passion for at least 10 years now. In the last six months, since figuring out that I'm going to be doing this talk, I've been using GenAI for everything in my life so that you don't have to deal with that."

I will also talk about neurodivergence as a theme in this presentation. Let's approximate that to be ADHD, autism, dyslexia. The opposite of this would be called neurotypical, which most people are."
Sustainable mental peace is approximated as a steady, reliable presence of calm and contrasted with mental chaos, distraction, overwhelm, burnout, or mania. Generative AI (GenAI) can be applied to increase sustainable mental peace at work through five areas: faster recovery from emotions, overcoming points of being stuck, enhancing planning and communication, adding time spent in flow states, and supporting divergent thinking. The framework targets high achievers, anxious individuals, and neurodivergent people who seek steady calm and improved work performance.
