Mateusz Rebecki and Terrance McKinney received 90-day medical suspensions and require neurological exam clearance before returning to competition. They were both on the list of fighters with the longest potential suspensions from UFC on ESPN 56.
Rebecki faced a severe beating from Diego Ferreira, while McKinney was knocked out by Esteban Ribovics. The Missouri Office of Athletics released the full medical suspension list from the event.
