Optimizing Treatment Strategies for Adult Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Briefly

The need for evidence-based treatments for adult ADHD, utilizing nonstimulant medications and psychosocial interventions, arises when stimulant monotherapy is inadequate or problematic.

New FDA-approved nonstimulant medications and psychosocial interventions are necessary to provide comprehensive treatment for adults suffering from ADHD, especially when stimulants fail.
