New 1m scanner speeds up hospital treatment
Briefly

Spire East London Hospital in Woodford Green has installed a new state-of-the-art CT scanner costing £1 million, aimed at improving diagnostic processes for both private and NHS patients. The advanced technology allows radiographers to produce higher quality images more quickly, facilitating prompt diagnoses for various medical conditions. Hospital director Chris Burrows emphasized the scanner's role in delivering accurate diagnostics efficiently, which is crucial for timely treatment. The CT scanner minimizes patient discomfort and exposure to radiation while providing better imaging services throughout the week.
Our new CT scanner will enable us to provide higher quality diagnostic scans in a shorter time and we will be able to introduce new scans that have not been possible previously.
Our focus is on providing the most accurate diagnosis to our patients, in as short a time as possible to enable timely treatment and recovery in a safe and comfortable environment.
