Helmet helps mitigate hair loss for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy - Yanko Design
Briefly

Hair loss is often cited by cancer patients as one of the most traumatic aspects of their treatment experience, significantly impacting their self-esteem and self-image.
Luminate's Lily helmet functions like a compression garment for the head, applying pressure to the scalp to block chemotherapy drugs from reaching hair follicles.
In initial trials of the Lily helmet, an impressive 75% of participants were able to retain their hair while undergoing chemotherapy sessions.
Alongside the helmet, Luminate is developing a glove and boot set called Lilac, aimed at preventing neuropathy and enhancing the comfort of chemotherapy treatments.
