Jailed schoolteacher Enoch Burke has lost his defamation action against Mediahuis Ireland over a newspaper article in the Sunday Independent.
Mr Justice Rory Mulcahy found that words used in the article, in their ordinary and natural meaning, were incapable of injuring his reputation.
