Microsoft's CTO says product managers have a key role to play in training AI agents

He noted that these agents, although promising, currently lack memory, rendering them transactional rather than intelligent. The goal is for these AI agents to adapt to user preferences over time. Jensen Huang of Nvidia has also projected a massive integration of AI agents in the workforce, echoing sentiments on their burgeoning importance in tech.
