Microsoft added custom columns to the Microsoft Advertising user interface and advertising console, enabling advertisers to create tailored reporting metrics and console views. The new capability does not include every metric; the segment by conversion action metric is notably missing. Jawad Zaheer Khan posted a screenshot on X showing the new custom columns and noting the absence of conversion-action segmentation. Navah Hopkins, Microsoft Ads Liaison, stated that ongoing improvements are being made to the modify columns functionality and that user feedback about desired upgrades is being taken back. The rollout appears incremental, leaving some advertisers waiting for fuller metric coverage.
