Google AdSense To Remove More Opt Out Options

Google is streamlining its AdSense options by eliminating the Additional ad technology vendors opt-out control by July 7th. The company stated that this feature has become obsolete and no longer serves a useful purpose in privacy or brand safety. Publishers are not required to take any action for this change. Instead, they should continue using their consent management platforms (CMPs) to handle ad vendor management, especially in regions with regulatory requirements regarding user consent.
Google announced that it will be dropping more of the opt-out options available to Google AdSense publishers. Specifically, Google said that by July 7th it will remove the additional ad technology vendors opt-out control from AdSense Blocking controls.
The Additional ad technology vendors opt-out control, which enabled publishers to block additional third-party ad technology vendors used by advertisers from buying their ad slots, has become obsolete.
