Brands earn recognition by demonstrating deep dedication to mission and building meaningful connections with customers and the cultural landscape. Selection involves months of research and vetting from more than 1,200 entries. Evaluation centers on three criteria: cultural relevance, ingenuity, and business impact. Cultural relevance measures influence across industry, pop culture, entertainment, tech, and alignment with societal issues. Ingenuity credits bold, new projects at any stage completed within the past 12 months, from concept to fully operational. Business impact requires numbers, data, and performance indicators proving revenue growth and category influence. Applications are judged by writers and editors with category expertise.
