Phil Jones, former Manchester United defender, shares his feelings post-retirement, humorously recalling his departure from a players' WhatsApp group. Looking back on a 14-year career plagued by injury, he finds pride in his memories, especially his contribution to the Premier League title win in 2013. Enrolled in a coaching course, Jones engages in media training and reflects on his past performances, expressing a mix of nostalgia and forward-looking determination as he transitions to coaching.

I'm still proud of what I did, he says. The end was hard, not the way I would've liked, but I'm still proud of what I did.
