The incident occurred on June 5 when the woman was heard screaming for help near Wilshire Boulevard and 6th Street. Police responded quickly and found the elderly victim in distress, who reported that a man had attacked her and attempted to drag her into an alley for sexual assault. Witnesses corroborated her account, leading to Tall's apprehension shortly thereafter. He faces multiple felony charges and is being held without bail pending a court date.
